Delivery Information

We ship orders Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Via all major shipping companies.

Once a package has been shipped out, Wholesale Vape Club is not responsible for missing or mis-delivered packages.

You will receive an email from Customer Service once your package has shipped.

Orders usually ship out the same day, as long as the order was received before 2 PM PST.

All orders must have same billing and shipping addresses.

International Orders:

International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for duty and taxes

on e-cigarettes and e-liquids.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.  We will not be held responsible

for any merchandise not processed due to difficulties with 

duties and taxes of customer's local custom authorities.

We will not provide refunds or replacements to customers, if any orders are not delivered

due to problems with an international customer's local custom authorities.
